Inside Alcon’s Customer Experience Center, see a full display of eye care products and advanced ophthalmic surgical instrumentation. Alcon customers, including ophthalmologists, can experience products and perform simulated surgical procedures while learning about the latest advanced technology available. The company utilizes the Customer Experience Center as a best practice to obtain the critical voice of the customer feedback for continuous product and process improvements and design development of new products. Alcon’s continuous improvement initiative, "Simplifeye," has achieved a cultural transformation and consistently achieves over $150 million in savings annually across all functions.
