Description
After working for 19 years all together in one big open room, employees had to rush home the week of March 20, 2020. Overnight, its principles and practices were pulled apart. During this tour, Menlo will compare and contrast its practices, from its in-person work to its remote work environment and talk about how maintaining its cultural principles was so critical to making it to its 20th year. The company will highlight its key practices:
