Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC has a well-established history in Garland, Texas. Ingersoll-Rand Drilling Solutions started manufacturing and distributing drilling equipment in Garland in 1981; the operation was purchased in 2004 by Atlas Copco Drilling Solutions. In June 2018, Epiroc became a publicly-traded company on the Stockholm Nasdaq exchange.
Epiroc develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of rock drilling equipment for use in surface mining, exploration, construction, quarries, as well as water well and oil and gas applications worldwide. Garland is now the global headquarters for Epiroc Drilling Solutions.
