Jacob Raymer is chief transformation officer for Munson Healthcare — a nine-hospital health care system serving 540,000 residents in northern Michigan. Raymer has served the system since 2017. Previously, he was director of education for the Shingo Prize. He serves as the president of the Institute for Enterprise Excellence.
Raymer is the author of the white paper, “Assessing and Accelerating Your Lean Transformation,” which describes how the Healthcare Value Network is adapting the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence assessment model for network member organizations to accelerate their lean transformations.
He holds a master’s degree in management information systems and a master’s in business information systems, both from Utah State University.
