Jd Marhevkho is global VP of QA and Warranty Systems for Delphi Technologies. Previously, she was SAF-Holland's VP of operations for the Americas. Prior to SAF-Holland, as Accuride's SVP of quality, lean and EHS, four Accuride sites were honored with the AME Excellence Award and one site honored with the IndustryWeek's Best Manufacturing Plant of the Year. Marhevkho is an ASQ Fellow, Shainin Medalist, CMQ/OE, CQE, CSSBB, MBB and MBNQA senior assessor. She is also an ASQ certified trainer, STEP Ahead awardee, and, in 2018, she was recognized by Crain’s as a Notable Woman in Manufacturing. She is a past-chair of the ASQ QMD and supports several ASQ divisions in a variety of capacities. Marhevkho has co-authored several books and articles on lean and quality systems, most notably, Accuride Corporation’s "Lean Management 50-50-20." She holds BSE and MSA degrees.
Arvind Srivastava is currently working with SAF Holland on multiple process improvement projects. Prior to that, he was corporate MBB/IE at Accuride Corporation, responsible for corporatewide lean systems. He co-author of "Lean Management 50-50-20" and "Stat Free Six Sigma." Srivastava is a senior member of ASQ, a member of US/TAG 176, director of ASQ Chicago Section and teaches for its Training Institute. He worked with AIAG for new Core Tools Software and validation testing of AIAG-VDA FMEA. He is also a lead auditor of the IATF 16949 automotive standard. He holds a BSME from IIT Roorkee, India, MSIE from NITIE Mumbai, India, and an MBA from Benedictine University, Illinois.
