Senta Taylor

Senta Taylor is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience leading business transformations globally. She joined RBC in January 2013 as the vice president, strategy and transformation services, where she led the internal consulting practice in delivering enterprise initiatives that resulted in significant business impact.

Taylor started her career at General Motors as a quality engineer. Prior to joining RBC, she worked at General Electric (GE) for 19 years where she held global roles of increasing responsibilities including: General manager – process excellence & IT compliance, vice president of operations, certified six sigma black belt, supply chain leader and internal consulting manager. While at GE, Taylor was a two-time recipient of the Chairman’s Award for her role in leading transformation.

In her most recent role as vice president of quality engineering at RBC, Senta Taylor was responsible for the design and implementation of RBC’s testing strategy for technology and operations. In this capacity, she partnered with applications development and infrastructure teams to enable RBC to deliver products that provide an exceptional client experience and faster speed to market.

As vice president of operations and strategic planning (O&SP), Taylor leads the strategy and oversees operations functions for GTI. In this role, she engages both business and GTI partners to inform the strategic direction and GTI’s infrastructure transformation.
