Presenter: Erin Edwards

Erin Edwards is the director of continuous improvement at Four Seasons Produce. She is a PMP certified project manager. Her career started with Exel Logistics, in operations, transportation, and project management. As a project manager, she supported international projects that focused on bringing new solutions to customers in the Alberta oil sands, Gulf coast oil industry, and airline industry in England. She was then project manager at Bravo Health. In her current role, Edwards challenges the organization to celebrate, encourage, and grow the CI culture. Edwards graduated from Shippensburg University with a BSc in information management and analysis with a focus in supply chain.
