Discover the importance of equipping your employees with the tools of continuous improvement (CI), empowering them with the opportunity to improve and engaging them with the desire to make a difference.
George Saiz, president and CEO of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and a long time practitioner of enterprise excellence, will share, through his years of experience as a senior executive from the medical device industry and now with AME, the importance of equipping your employees with the tools of CI, empowering them with the opportunity to improve and engaging them with the desire to make a difference. Learn how these three principles work together to produce results well beyond what the tools of CI can achieve independently and how they can impact your employees' lives forever. Key learning objectives will include:
- The role the tools of CI play and how to equip your employees to be competent and confident with these tools.
- The importance of developing an environment conducive to empowering employees to improve.
- The engagement crisis facing U.S. workers based on Gallup survey data and how leaders can respond.
- The principles of people-centric leadership and the power of engaged and fulfilled employees.
