Aera Energy LLC is one of California’s largest oil and gas producers, accounting for nearly 25 percent of the state’s production. John Chacon is currently a lean specialist at Aera Energy LLC. He has been a lean practitioner for the last 10 years with Aera Energy, TIC (The Industrial Company) and in the United States Marine Corps. He has lead improvement efforts in operations, engineering, new construction, maintenance, development, and supply chain. Chacon has been a part of creating organizational roadmaps for lean including training, and lean deployment.
