On this tour we will cover the following topics:
First, we will start with a brief overview of True Manufacturing and show the variety of products we offer. We will talk about adapting to the always changing customer needs.

We will then talk about standard work and Blitz events and how it is used on the production lines. We will talk about our newest system called TMAP (True Manufacturing assembly process) and how it helps new hires and transfers working on the line. We will also cover our train the trainer program and talk about the reasoning behind it.

Then we will stop in our audit area where everyone can see finished products and the auditors will cover our auditing process and how we get new hires involved. Then we will move to our sheet metal area and talk about the systems we have in place to ensure we continuously get quality parts. We will talk about our set up documents, our packaging standards, and our quality checks.

We will also cover sustainability and some of the wins we have had there. Team members will cover their efforts to reduce scrap by rewriting programs and using as much of the material as possible. We will cover recruiting team members from new pools of talent and the challenges and benefits we have seen.

The last topic we will cover is the culture we aim for at True. We will talk about the work environment we strive for everyone to feel here. We will cover our onboarding process and how we try to create a welcoming environment for all new hires. We will cover some of the programs we have put in place to keep morale going in the right direction.
