We are pleased to welcome you to True Manufacturing for an exclusive tour of our facility. During your visit, you’ll gain insight into our operations, innovation strategies, and the culture that drives our success. Below is an overview of what the tour will cover:

  • Company Introduction

We’ll start with a brief overview of True Manufacturing, showcasing our wide range of products and how we continuously adapt to meet changing customer needs.

  • Production Lines & TMAP

Next, you’ll see our production lines in action and learn about our use of standard work and Blitz events. We’ll introduce our latest system, TMAP (True Manufacturing Assembly Process), which enhances training for new hires and team transfers. We’ll also explain our “Train the Trainer” approach and the thinking behind it.

  • Quality Assurance

We’ll tour our audit area, where finished products are inspected, and then move to the sheet metal area to review our quality systems. This includes setup documentation, packaging standards, and quality control checks that ensure our products meet high standards.

  • Sustainability Initiatives

Our team will share efforts in sustainability, including successful initiatives to reduce scrap and maximize material usage through process improvements and program adjustments.

  • Workplace Culture, Onboarding & Talent Development

We’ll conclude the tour by discussing the culture we foster at True. You’ll learn about our onboarding process, how we create a welcoming environment for new hires, and how we support employee growth and development.
