This factory tour will highlight how our values, principles, and behaviors are the backbone of our culture—and how that culture is essential to fulfilling our purpose. We believe culture is demonstrated through action, and leadership plays a central role in bringing it to life.

Our leadership model is grounded in service. Leaders at all levels are expected to develop people, foster a growth-oriented environment, and model the behaviors that drive performance and alignment. We will also showcase how initiative and goal alignment—from the boardroom to the shop floor—has been critical to our success. One example of this alignment is our strategic transition from make-to-stock to a make-to-order model while implementing a pure pull system, improving responsiveness and reducing waste across our value streams.
