Jared Hilton is a leader with 21 years of manufacturing experience spanning the steel industry, the aluminum industry, tier 1 automotive and metal fabrication. Hilton has experience leading the lean transformation at Clemco. Prior to working at Clemco, Hilton was the materials, purchasing and logistics manager for Henniges Automotive where he was responsible for an ERP site implementation as well as leading a team to the highest inventory turns in North American. Hilton has been a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), a Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) and earned his Six Sigma Blackbelt. Hilton has a B.S. in metallurgical engineering and a M.S. in engineering management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
