Overview

How you practice Lean Six Sigma is just as important as understanding its principles. The Interface team discovered that social responsibility principles are excellent guidelines for the practical application of Lean Six Sigma. Since this discovery, they have been pursuing the use of socially responsible Lean Six Sigma, the creation of positive influence and the application of innovation frameworks in creating sustainable solutions. This session will include how these concepts were implemented and the positive effects they have on culture, innovation, engagement and alignment around organizational goals. If you are looking for a session to understand how to create sustainable cultures, products, processes and methods, this is one you should consider attending. The social aspect of sustainability will be specifically highlighted in addition to its effects on economic and environmental characteristics. Key learnings from their journey so far and the potential pitfalls to avoid will also be shared.
