Watipaso Rengasamy’s journey in process optimization is marked by a unique blend of hands-on experience and a passion for excellence. She began her career as a biomedical technician, where she tackled healthcare challenges with precision and problem-solving skills. This role laid the foundation for her next chapter as a manufacturing engineer, where she brought her healthcare expertise into the world of operational efficiency. Today, as an operational excellence coach at Northeast Georgia Health System, Rengasamy leverages her diverse background to drive transformative improvements across healthcare, focusing on optimizing systems, eliminating inefficiencies and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

With an associate's degree in biomedical engineering technology, a bachelor of engineering in medical engineering, and an MBA, Rengasamy merges technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver lasting results. She has successfully led Kaizen events, implemented daily management systems and coached leaders on sustaining lean behaviors. Additionally, she holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Lean Bronze Certification (LBC), reinforcing her dedication to operational excellence and process improvement across industries.
