This interactive session introduces Agentic AI — a new class of human-guided artificial intelligence designed to augment people, not replace them. This deep dive session will explore how Agentic AI can help lean organizations free up time for value-added work, accelerate onboarding, improve standard work creation and support leader standard work — all while protecting a culture of respect for people.
Initially, the presenters will share what Agentic AI is, how it differs from other AI approaches and real-world examples of its use to address the workforce gap and improve flow. The remainder of the session will be an interactive workshop and Q&A dialogue where attendees share opportunities, concerns and ideas for applying Agentic AI in their own lean environments.

She has helped clients transform their operations to be more connected and adaptive through data platforms, AI and enterprise systems. Her background is in process engineering, supply chain and manufacturing. 
John Rubio has over 31 years of leadership experience in lean transformations across industries including healthcare, aerospace, defense and manufacturing. His career spans corporate continuous improvement leadership, plant and operations management, and executive coaching, where he has guided organizations in achieving cultural change and measurable business results.
