Across industries, the skilled workforce gap is widening while expectations for speed, quality and adaptability continue to rise. How can organizations close that gap without sacrificing culture or trust?
This interactive session introduces Agentic AI — a new class of human-guided artificial intelligence designed to augment people, not replace them. This deep dive session will explore how Agentic AI can help lean organizations free up time for value-added work, accelerate onboarding, improve standard work creation and support leader standard work — all while protecting a culture of respect for people.
Initially, the presenters will share what Agentic AI is, how it differs from other AI approaches and real-world examples of its use to address the workforce gap and improve flow. The remainder of the session will be an interactive workshop and Q&A dialogue where attendees share opportunities, concerns and ideas for applying Agentic AI in their own lean environments.
Key learning objectives
Attendees will leave with:
- A clear understanding of Agentic AI and its alignment with lean principles
- Practical use cases to explore in their own organizations
- A framework for responsible adoption that protects culture while improving performance
This is a non-commercial, research-driven conversation designed for practitioners at all levels. To ensure the best attendee experience, this session will be limited to the first 30 participants.
