Overview
Leadership Retention Training is a tailored event designed to assist leaders who WANT to lead high-performance teams. This training is based on TMG’s Heartbeat Leader Training, focusing on the empowerment of leaders through the utilization of tools, reporting procedures and support from senior leaders. Leaders will be provided with tools to identify engaged, disengaged and actively disengaged teammates, what to do with this information and how to assist teammates who want to improve.
The training enhances the culture of an organization by providing a framework for data-driven decisions to develop the workforce, increasing morale and productivity while reducing inefficiencies and waste across the organization. Leaders, from first line supervisors to senior executives, will participate in an interactive event that will cover the foundation and theory of leadership, instruction on tool use and interpretation, and scenario-based applications derived from real-world situations. Upon completion of the day, the leadership team will depart, having all available tools and training aids to retain engaged and productive teammates.

Renee McNichol has been working for TMG since January 2017, serving as program support specialist for TMG, Inc. TMG is a values-driven program management services company dedicated to continuous improvement. TMG provides its partners with world-class expertise, flawless execution, self-governing program management, in-process agility and an unwavering focus on solving the “big picture” problem. In her role, she offers support to programs managers and the company's partners.
After spending several years in customer service and sales, McNichol joined the TMG team. In her previous positions, she gained the knowledge that connecting with the heart-beating people you are trying to help and communicating your understanding back to them helps everyone win. McNichol believes that we win when our partners win. McNichol studied at Old Dominion University, majoring in human services.
