Additionally, the tour will highlight areas of quality improvement and innovation, including a visit to its simulation lab. Data analysis, patient needs and lean manufacturing principles will be shared during the presentations as core takeaways that are sure to resonate with the audience. The team will share measurable results that benefited key stakeholders in various areas of quality, cost and efficiency.
