Carrie Stordahl is the Golden Brewery Manufacturing Development manager. She has been with MillerCoors 23 years and involved with enabling, leading and implementing lean and continuous improvement since 2004. Her career experience includes: manufacturing optimization, Director of Operations R&D, product management, shop floor leadership and engineering. She has an MBA and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering.
Alan Gasvoda is a results-oriented leader with more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions that positively impact manufacturing and supply chain performance. He is adept at analyzing complex business issues, designing and implementing appropriate solutions to achieve business objectives. Gasvoda is proficient in the application of lean, constraint management, six-sigma and total productive maintenance – methodologies and tools to achieve operational excellence. He has extensive experience in the proper integration of automation, technology, processes and people in order to achieve desired results in numerous industries including food and beverage, automotive and construction equipment. Gasvoda graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor of science in industrial engineering. He has also completed graduate studies at Milwaukee School of Engineering in the Master Science Engineering Management program. He has presented for international, national and local professional organizations, and at universities in the areas of lean manufacturing and supply chain management.
