Presenter

Brent Weichers is the director of continuous improvement for the North Americas at ICU Medical, which manufactures infusion therapy, oncology and critical care products worldwide. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has worked in continuous improvement for over thirty years. Weichers has a background in the automotive, aerospace, electronics and medical industries. He began his career at Toyota and later went on to work with Electrolux, Danaher and more.
