Paolo Dal Cin oversees Raytheon Technologies’ operations and supply chain team as well as global security services, environment, health and safety and quality. He brings more than 29 years of engineering, supply chain and manufacturing experience to his current position. Most recently, he served as head of operations and quality at Collins Aerospace and vice president of operations and supply chain for UTC Aerospace Systems.
Previously, Dal Cin held a variety of executive leadership positions with United Technologies Corporation, including vice president of operations and supply chain for Hamilton Sundstrand, the Aircraft Systems segment of UTC Aerospace Systems and Collins Aerospace. He was also the vice president of module centers and manufacturing for Pratt & Whitney. Prior to joining Hamilton Sundstrand, he spent 16 years at Pratt & Whitney Canada in engineering and operations roles. Dal Cin holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto.
