Discover how your own ‘SoundWave’ serves to create the cultures you want and why skillful dialogue is the missing link.
The lean or six-sigma implementation journey is dynamic and requires leaders to be effective and skillful in their dialogue across a range of situations that frequently recur during the evolution of a culture of improvement - the need to advocate for change; the need to ensure conformance; and the need to coach for improvement. Talk (what we say and the way we say it) has a direct impact on the thoughts, feelings and behaviors of those around us. This workshop will make you more aware of your particular style of talk, its potential effects on others and what you and your leadership teams can do to become better at holding skillful dialogue and develop the desired culture.
