At Elkay’s Broadview facility, you will see high-mix, low-volume production of various stainless steel products made from coils and sheets. Products include kitchen and bathroom sinks, large institutional scullery sinks, and outdoor tubular drinking fountains and bottle filling stations. Elkay employs a combination of make-to-stock, make-to-order and custom production. Processes include laser cutting, forming, deep draw, manual and robotic welding, grinding and polishing, sand blasting, washing, powder coating, crating and packing.
