Come and experience what Hyatt Regency Chicago has to offer in its operations department. View a time lapse video of its culinary staff preparing and plating a large meal. Talk to the executive chef who will provide feedback on efficiency in the kitchen and how labor hours are reduced by better scheduling and time management. Hear how a dedicated productivity manager has implemented a new program for the hotel to effectively monitor the efficiency of the staff and hotel operations year over year. After engaging with the director of engineering to hear how the hotel has taken steps to move towards a greener future, attendees will take a tour through the hotel's outlets to see some of its front-of-house efficiency tactics.
