Overview

Follow Duha's 17-year continuous improvement journey to develop its five-part approach focused on individual development through gemba and Kata techniques, department alignment through communication, facility strength and organizational transparency. Hear how its success would not be possible without taking learnings from its transformation to build the bridge for the future. Learn how a  complete partnership was needed between suppliers, the business and the customer in order for a true dynamic value stream to be realized and supported by all parties.
