Overview

The AOS McBee Facility is a heavy industrial manufacturing operation using heavy steel presses, metal forming and glassing, ASME certified welding, robotics, assembly and testing for large commercial water heaters. The McBee team utilizes the Toyota Production System to manage their inventory and workflow as well as the 8-step problem-solving tools to empower their workforce to solve daily problems. The McBee Team has also implemented a team engagement tool to measure and improve the productivity and engagement of their teammates
