Overview

Attendees will tour a 110,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and business facility. The facility produces equipment for the Environmental Monitoring and Process Instruments business. This is a combination of high volume and systems production, that ships over 10,000 units per year. On this tour, see a wide variety of lean applications including advanced visual controls, respect for people, daily recognition, visual based 5S for office systems, daily management boards, visual based KPIs, advanced leadership gemba walk process, and a daily improvement culture.
