Experiential learning has always proven to be most effective. This includes, educational simulations, games, exercises and the like. People are always looking for simple but effective exercises that can be used to teach concepts and develop skills in the general subject of lean and continuous improvement. This Idea Exchange provides a forum for conference attendees to share what they are using with their fellow attendees. Attendees should be prepared to briefly describe specific examples that they have found to be effective in their organizations.  This can be accomplished via photos, videos or even actual demonstration.
