Overview
Effective daily management is the foundation of a strong lean culture. At Cambridge Air Solutions, four key daily practices — the Daily Huddle, the Morning Meeting, Lean and Clean, and the Daily Gemba — help teams stay aligned, solve problems efficiently and continuously improve operations. In this session, you'll gain an inside look at how these practices create a structured rhythm for communication, problem-solving and engagement across all levels of the organization.
Learn how the Daily Huddle keeps teams informed and aligned in just a few minutes each day, ensuring clarity on priorities and expectations.
Discover how the Morning Meeting provides a space and time for everyone in the organization to come together to not only highlight the emcee but to also get updates on key metrics, improvement ideas and opportunities, and to celebrate team members.
Explore Lean and Clean time where everyone in the organization actively cleans and improves — not just for efficiency, but as a shared commitment to respect and care for one another.
Finally, see how the Daily Gemba fosters real-time problem-solving and leadership engagement by bringing leaders to the frontlines.
