In a January 2024 survey of C-suite executives, over 50% of leaders expect leadership to be more challenging this year. A polarizing election year, technological advances and global conflict impacting economics and industries are creating anxiety, uncertainty and fear for employees. Dr. Robin Buckley has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Hofstra University with specialized training in cognitive behavioral strategies. Her work as an expert in the field has been featured on multiple media platforms, including Entrepreneur.com, Thrive Global, Authority Magazine, Nike, various podcasts, news radio and on the 2023 TED stage. As a speaker, Buckley focuses on the application of cognitive behavioral therapies to mental wellness in the workplace and women’s empowerment, including the area of women’s sexual health. As a coach, Buckley applies cognitive behavioral therapy to help individuals and couples create strategic plans for success in their careers and relationships. Her book, Marriage LLC: Creating a strategic plan for success in your relationship, will be available in 2025.
