Overview
We are in the middle of a workforce crisis, and it is only going to intensify. Fundamental forces such as population demographics and shifting societal attitudes are changing the nature of work and the relationships between people and their employment environments. This is particularly obvious in our manufacturing, healthcare and supply chain industries, where leaders and front-line team members have high expectations of performing work that is purposeful and meaningful, all while being treated with respect and dignity.
This workshop is designed to:
- Help you meet the modern challenges of a shrinking workforce, changing employee attitudes and the recognition that people have choices.
- Show you the path to a workplace where all people grow and thrive through dignity and meaningful work and a belief that the foundation of every organization is its people.
- Create awareness and understanding of the significant financial and non-financial opportunities associated with workforce stability.
- Create a workplace that is elevated through a clear strategic commitment to a path for the organization, a path for every leader and a path for every team member that fully recognizes that organizational prosperity and employee prosperity are inextricably linked.
Connecting years of work in Lean and operational excellence, join the TrailPath Workplace Solutions team in this innovative and interactive workshop where you will learn to create a Meaningful Employment Environment (MEE™) for all team members.
This workshop will introduce you to the MEE Business System, a modern framework that creates workplaces where trust has been established, fundamental people needs are being met, the work environment is participatory and the work itself is meaningful in such a way that both organizations and people thrive.
Key learning objectives
In this workshop, we will join together to:
- Plan and assess: Develop a roadmap and complete an assessment to understand your organization relative to critical MEE factors. Complete a financial workplace instability impact analysis and prioritized recommendation plan with a clear path to achieve a MEE™.
- Learn and see: Gain awareness of the importance of organizational decisions, leadership behaviors and team member participation and the role these three critical elements play in building people-centric workplaces based on dignity and respect.
- Participate and scale: Uncover the tools, techniques and technologies that will allow us to realize and scale a path for every leader and a path for every team member to fully participate and thrive inside our workplaces.
Interactive components
During the workshop, participants will experience the interactive MEE™ survey, learn to look for and value authentic participation in the workplace, and walk through how to evaluate organizational decisions and leadership behaviors relative to dignity and meaningful work. Participants will leave with powerful, ready-to-use templates and techniques to help them begin to build a Meaningful Employment Environment™ within their organizations.
