Overview

Real Truck has been on our lean journey for 6 years. We will highlight key enablers such as standard work and visual management. We will show examples of continuous improvement kaizens resulting in waste reduction and key metrics improvements.

Please note: The tour site will provide safety glasses and hearing protection.
