Participants will witness firsthand the innovative strides Altium Packaging has made in operational excellence. During this tour, participants will gain invaluable insights into the components of the Altium Performance System (APS), which has been pivotal in starting the company’s journey to improve its manufacturing performance. APS is built on nine elements, of which several, and potentially more, will be explored throughout the tour.
