This tour will focus on the continuous improvement aspects of Chick-fil-A, including:

  • Main Campus Building: CFA history, flexible work design, and the museum
  • The “Kitchen”: The menu, culinary, and Engineering Development Center
  • “Hatch”: The Innovation Center which is focused on helping solve the company's biggest challenges through design thinking

Please note: Personal identification is required to attend this tour. The company will host all participants at a free lunch at the café.
