Presenter

Amberly Carter leads the shipping and receiving teams at O.C. Tanner’s Award Distribution Center. She oversees the handling of approximately 8,000 packages per day and ensures timely delivery to clients across the globe. Carter empowers her team through her advances in areas such as team member development, motivation, adaptability and fostering a growth mindset. Beyond the shop floor, Carter co-hosts the O.C. Tanner Factory Floor YouTube channel, where she shares real-world supply chain stories and best practices. In addition to her role at O.C. Tanner, she is the Young Professionals Chair on the CSCMP Utah/Idaho Roundtable. Carter graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and is committed to driving continuous improvement within her teams and organization.
