Overview
As organizations seek to become more efficient and achieve predictable business outcomes, they often figure out “what needs to be done.” However, most organizations struggle with how to implement and institutionalize the same. Lean philosophies, while popular and effective when implemented, also suffer from the same “how to institutionalize” ailment. This session attempts to put forward practical concepts of how organizations can use digital technology and playbooks to implement and institutionalize best practices. The session will cover common challenges organizations face, the need for driving accountability and pan-function involvement, and examples of how organizational best practices and key initiatives can be implemented using digital playbooks.
Key learning objectives
1. Challenges in implementing Lean and similar best practices.
2. The concept of digital playbooks.
3. Practical examples of how to institutionalize and scale best practices.
