This workshop will cover lean and Six Sigma basics and explore how they work together. Through several hands-on simulations, you will learn to see waste and variation in your processes and apply basic techniques to eliminate waste and variation.

Steve Ebbing is the president and founder of the Ebbing Group LLC. He has helped implement Lean Six Sigma in aerospace, medical device organizations, hospitals, hospital pharmacies, and other companies in manufacturing operations and transactional functions both domestically and internationally. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
