The AME Canadian Region is pleased to present three in-person Toronto area world-class lean tours on June 15 and 16, 2022. On the morning of June 16, 2 Second Lean pioneer Paul Akers will host a virtual panel discussion involving international leaders from AME's highly popular 2 Second Lean tour series. 

This two-day event will demonstrate lean thinking in action. You will learn best practices that will help you and your organization build a strong foundation to innovate, learn and grow. 2 Second Lean panel (hosted at Tremco)

Paul Akers will host a virtual panel consisting of leaders from several of the international companies that participated in the popular virtual 2 Second Lean tour series held in 2021.

The plant, located in East York, Ontario, is part of the corporation's Construction Products Group. It produces a variety of building and maintenance products that support one total enclosure system.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

COVID protocol for event attendees:

  • Prior to arrival at facility: all registrants must complete a screening form that will be distributed the week before the event.
  • Upon arrival at the facility: registrants will be required to submit the completed screening form and show standard proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID testing within the previous ten days.
  • During the visit: all registrants must maintain standard physical distancing (six ft.) and face mask guidelines, and adhere to posted maximum room capacities.

Payment or purchase order must be received by the AME office five days prior to the event start date. If no payment or PO number is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the event before entry.

Cancellation Policy: For paid events, enrollment fee less a $100 non-refundable registration charge will be refunded up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days prior to the start of the event.
