Cosmos Corporation invites you to attend a plant tour of their facility. This hybrid tour will offer in-person attendance and a virtual Zoom option. The tour will highlight multiple areas of continuous improvement at Cosmos, including:

  • Gemba walk
  • Visual management
  • Receiving / inbound freight scheduling
  • Cell design and line balancing
  • Business process excellence in NPD
  • Utilizing technology for project management, dashboards, and collaboration
