Go behind the scenes with the AME St. Louis Consortium and meet the people accelerating continuous improvement and innovation at Commercial Electronics.

This hybrid tour will showcase employee driven initiatives. Go and see multiple 2 Second Lean improvements, the planning and building of a new assembly line to accommodate growth, and a redesigned shipping and receiving department. After each segment, front line staff will answer questions and offer insight in a panelist-style Q&A. Get together with the CE team to celebrate their victories and experience the power of an engaged work force.

Commercial Electronics (CE) is a leading provider of electronics repairs, accessories and equipment. CE is a factory authorized provider of repair services and new equipment for HME, specializing in communication equipment for quick service restaurants. The company provides nationwide repair services and accessories for all brands of QSR equipment, technical support, 24-hour turnaround on repairs and accessories, and offers regional (greater St. Louis area) installation and other field services.

To fully participate in this virtual event, a high-speed internet connection, speaker/headphones, microphone and webcam are needed. While not required, you will have a better online experience if you do not use wireless internet service. A wired/ethernet connection will have a stronger signal than wireless. You can become an AME member during the registration process for $150 per year and obtain the discounted AME member rate for this event. Your membership will also entitle you to a registration discount for all future AME conferences, seminars, workshops and webinars for one year.

Payment or purchase order must be received by the AME office five days prior to the event start date. If no payment or PO number is received, you will be asked to pay with a credit card or check at the event before entry.

Cancellation Policy: For paid events, enrollment fee less a $100 non-refundable registration charge will be refunded up to one week before the event. Substitutions may be made up to three days prior to the start of the workshop.
