The journey to consistent near-perfect performance has two pillars: Continuous process improvement and respect for people. Discover how organizations with highly engaged teams have earnings per share growth rates that are 2.6 times higher than less engaged organizations in the same industry.

Companies spend an overwhelming amount of organizational effort on measuring, managing, and controlling the business process. This is often described in cost, schedule, quality, and safety. The true leading indicator of future business performance is engaged teams that understand the rules of the game, and have organizational structures focused on those leaders who are the heartbeat of the business. Employee engagement drives productivity, competitive advantage, customer loyalty and shareholder return. It is no longer a plus; it is a requirement to compete in today’s economy.

This performance improvement workshop offers an organizational theory overview. It offers a proven methodology to define a dream team culture with what right and wrong look like. It will cover methodologies for analyzing the return on investment for human capital management programs and assessing internal cost drivers associated with implementation. One of the key cost drivers is talent retention, which is becoming increasingly critical in the labor markets of today. This workshop will include case studies and discussions on how to synchronize and integrate people improvement programs into, and in direct support of every business initiative.
