From Principle 13 of The Toyota Way, Nemawashi is defined as “make decisions slowly by consensus, thoroughly considering all options; implement rapidly. Sponsored by AME’s Midwest Region, this webinar will show the attendees how to broadly consider alternative solutions with a Set-Based Approach and how to build consensus amongst the stakeholders to achieve solid solutions. The result is a solution with fewer problems that requires much less time to troubleshoot because of thorough selection process and involvement of all stakeholders.
